Hi, this is Michael O'Sullivan from Washington DC. I want to talk to you about Sam Ovens' Consulting Program, his Consulting Accelerator which I have found extremely valuable. Even though I've had a long career in consulting, I spent many years as a principal in Arthur Anderson Real Estate Advisory Services doing capital financing, analysis, market financial feasibility, economic studies, around the country and outside of the country and have been semi-retired for a couple years. But I've been doing lately is dabbling in real estate in the local basis, buying properties, renovating them, selling them, maybe holding them. Doing that on my own account and maybe with a couple of partners. But I missed the consulting practice and I found it very fulfilling to work with others.
So, when I saw Sam's program, the consulting accelerator, it caught my eye and I wanted to look a little further into it. When I did, what I accomplished was to really start to focus on what's going on in the marketplace currently, a way to find that out, and to match it with my skills. It made me focus when I was going through the program on really evaluating what kind of services and values I could bring to others and how that matched in the marketplace. I had been a little bit scattered in the last couple of years. So, I got really focused with Sam's program.
As a result, I was able to structure my website more carefully to the marketplace and what I saw out there and match it with what I wanted to do, where I felt I could really bring value. Today, it's based on my restructuring my thinking based on Sam's principles. I have a number of clients and I'm helping them invest in real estate in the local market. Find it very, very helpful. I'm getting paid on a regular basis, I'm getting fees as well as some equity positions. I'd definitely recommend Sam's program to anybody who might be considering it because what it will do is it will focus you and it will give you some very specific tools to understand what value you can bring and how to bring it to the marketplace. Good luck.
