Hi there. My name is Alexander McFarquhar and I'm into health and fitness. I'm based in the UK.
I bought Sam Ovens' training program. When I did, I was quite lost. Ambitious, but not very focused and I think I found the thing that was most useful for me was the mindset training for sure.
It's helped me to get a real grip of where I'm headed to and it's also helped me to document my progress there and to reaffirm every day the direction I'm headed in.
I've set up an identity document similar to Sam's and I've managed to tick off everything on there, actually apart from two things. I wanted to get into property and I haven't managed to buy my first property yet, but I do have the finances to do that.
I managed to get control of my health and fitness in the last 8 months or so. I've also managed to become better dressed, improved my style. Also, to learn how to invest and to get investing and also I bought a car and learned how to build better relationships, personal relationships, in my life.
So those are the things particularly that I found really, really useful with the mindset training that's helped me to just focus and crystallize exactly on what I wanted to do and achieve and tick those things off one by one whilst reading my affirmations and kind of setting on the direction I'm heading in.
That's how the program's helped me. I would absolutely recommend it. I think the mindset training alone is very, very useful. I've said how it's improved my situation. I think it would improve others in the same way really.
